You Keep Him in Perfect Peace (Isaiah 26:3-4)

Isaiah 26:3 explains where lasting peace over anxiety comes from: 'You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.' The key is where the mind is fixed, a mind 'stayed' on God rather than spinning over worries finds a peace the circumstances cannot give. Verse 4 grounds it, 'Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.'
3You will keep in perfect peace the steadfast of mind, because he trusts in You.
4Trust in the LORD forever, because GOD the LORD is the Rock eternal.
