““Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.”

“And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.”

“Jesus answered, “You are mistaken because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.”

“At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

“and said to his servants, “This is John the Baptist; he has risen from the dead! That is why miraculous powers are at work in him.””

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’”

“And He did not do many miracles there, because of their unbelief.”

““Do not stop him,” Jesus replied. “For no one who performs a miracle in My name can turn around and speak evil of Me.”

“Coming to His hometown, He taught the people in their synagogue, and they were astonished. “Where did this man get such wisdom and miraculous powers?” they asked.”
