Imprisoned for Faith in China
In the heart of China, in 1997, I found myself in a situation that seemed utterly hopeless. Imprisoned in the high-security Zhengzhou Maximum Security Prison for my faith, escape was humanly impossible. The guards were vigilant, the doors were locked tight, and my legs were broken from brutal beatings. But it was in this darkness that Jesus showed His miraculous power.
God Opens Prison Doors
One morning, as I lay in my cell, I felt a divine prompting to walk out. At first, I hesitated. How could this be? But the voice was clear, and I knew it was Jesus urging me to trust in Him. I stood up, my legs healed by His power, and began to walk. The iron door to my cell swung open before me. Guards stood by, eyes seemingly blind to my presence. I walked past them, step by step, through several checkpoints. Each door opened as if by an unseen hand, and not one alarm sounded.
Walking Out to Freedom
Before I knew it, I was outside in the courtyard. A taxi stood waiting, and I knew Jesus had provided the way. The driver took me to safety, and as I reflected on what had just happened, I was overwhelmed by the reality of God's power. Jesus had orchestrated every detail of my escape. It was a testament to His faithfulness and His ability to do the impossible. Today, I'm free to continue sharing His love, all because Jesus intervened in a way only He can.
Faith Transformed Through Miracles
This experience transformed my faith. I learned to trust Jesus beyond my understanding, to believe in His power when all seemed lost. I give Him all the glory, for only He could have made a way through those prison doors, demonstrating His love and might in the most tangible way.
