For Church Leaders
Steward the words spoken over your church.
People prophesy. Words get spoken from the front, in prayer lines, over coffee. Then they scatter. Doxa gives your leadership one place to record them, weigh them well together, and hold to what is good.
The Processing Board
From a word in the room to a record you can return to.
1 Thessalonians 5:20-21, lived out by a whole congregation.
A word comes in. Capture it before it scatters.
The team tests it against Scripture, together.
What is good, you hold to. Carried forward in prayer.
The day it comes to pass, you remember it was spoken.
Over months, the board does something a notebook never could: it shows you the connections between words. The themes that keep surfacing. The seasons that line up. You stop guessing and start discerning the shape of what is being said over your house.
Test everything · Hold fast what is good
How a word travels through your church.
A word is recorded
Someone in the church writes down a word they believe is from God. The word itself, who spoke it, when it was given, and the context around it. Nothing gets lost in a notebook or a fading memory.
The discernment team weighs it
Appointed Weighers test the word against Scripture and the person of Jesus, and add honest evaluations. It confirms something. It adds a puzzle piece. It raises a caution. It is encouraging for now. No single leader can push a word through alone.
Leaders hold to the good
When a word has been weighed and found good, a leader promotes it so the whole group holds onto it, and everyone is notified. Promotion is a human leadership decision, never automatic and never algorithmic.
A word comes to pass
Most words sit on a long road before anything happens. Doxa helps your church steward them across that road. When a word is fulfilled, a leader marks it and writes the story of what God did.
Words not discerned to be from God are honestly archived, never pretended into Scripture. Over the years, the words that are fulfilled become a corporate testimony to God's faithfulness for your church. A record your people can return to in the hard chapters, and hand to the next generation.
Roles your leaders appoint
- Weighers sit on the discernment team and add evaluations, testing each word against Scripture and Jesus.
- Promoters are leaders who hold the good words for the whole group once they have been weighed.
- Admins appoint the discernment team, so the safeguards reflect your church's own leadership.
What Doxa Groups will not do
- It aids your discernment. It does not certify a word, guarantee its accuracy, or grant anyone prophetic authority.
- Archiving is your local church curating its own words, not a judgement on a person or a denomination.
- It is a stewardship tool for one congregation, not a prophecy marketplace or a certification system.

Ways in
How churches will use Doxa.
Small groups
Members share what God is saying and weigh it together. Doxa Engage draws from Scripture and real stories to help the group test everything and hold to the good. Over months, the group builds a shared record of God's faithfulness.
Prophetic community
Words spoken over your people deserve more than a fading memory. Doxa gives your prophetic community a place to record words, connect them to Scripture, revisit them in hard seasons, and journey together from promise to fulfilment.
Youth
Young people learning to hear God and steward what He says. They record prophetic words, encouragement, and Scripture. When the road between promise and promised land gets long, they have something real to hold onto.
Mentorship
A mentor and mentee share a private group. They record prophetic words, track what God is doing, and walk the journey of character formation together. When it's hard, they go back to what was spoken.
