No. Your people join your church free and stay free. They can record, remember, submit words, and see the board and every Held Word. The church plan is one bill for the church, and it covers weighing and holding for your leadership team. Each person also has Courage, covered by Doxa, including Doxa Engage by text and live voice within fair-use limits. A personal plan for more is optional, and paid only by the person who chooses it.

Only the people you invite. Your board is private by default. Your leaders decide who weighs words and who can see what, and the notes your discernment team writes stay inside that team. Your church is the controller of what it records on its board, Doxa stores it in London, and you can ask us for a copy of everything, or to delete it, at any time. Yes, when they ask you to. Anyone can invite trusted people into one of their own encouragements: you read it, mark the lines that ring true, name what does not, and say where you land. Being invited needs no plan of your own, you see only what you were invited into, and the decision stays with the person who received the word. Many pastors meet Doxa this way before their church ever has a board.

Yes. Your leaders stay accountable for what your church holds, and Doxa is built to keep it that way. Its AI never gives a prophetic word and never claims to speak for God. When it encourages someone, it draws on Scripture quoted with the reference, on the sourced testimonies in The Grace Record, and on words that person has recorded themselves. It never says it is human, never acts as a pastor, and points anyone in crisis to people who can help. Counsel, confession and care stay with your church, and the people you appoint weigh every word brought to your board. A phone and a shared folder such as Teams or Google Drive will store a recording, and that gets you part of the way. The problem is what happens next. Recordings in a folder are rarely transcribed, rarely weighed together, and almost never found again when they are needed. Doxa for Churches is built for those steps: each prophecy is recorded and transcribed, filed with who spoke it, over whom and when, weighed by the people you appoint, held, and communicated back to the church. Fragmentation. Most churches and most people keep prophecies in many places: voice notes, WhatsApp, CDs, emails, notebooks and documents. Our founder, Garth Watson, typed about 80 pages of prophecies into a Word document by hand before he became too time-poor to keep up. AI transcription has now made the typing easy, but the words are still scattered. Doxa brings them into one place, so you can find and use them.

Over the years, the weighed and held words become a body of words the church can draw on. When you face a particular season or decision, you can bring back the words that speak to it. Paul told the church at Thessalonica not to treat prophecies with contempt, but to test all things and hold fast to what is good (1 Thessalonians 5:20-21). That is hard to do with words you cannot find.

No. One person can record the prophecies, and the few people who weigh them use the board. Nobody else in the congregation has to do anything. Members can join by link or QR code if you want them to, on the web or in the app, but it is not required for the church to start.
