The Medical Crisis That Changed Everything
Crystal McVea, a wife and mother from Oklahoma, faced an unexpected crisis on December 10, 2009, in a hospital in southwest Oklahoma. She recalls being enveloped in a "beautiful profusion of light and love," recognizing instantly where she was and who she was. As she recounted in her own words, "I was standing in the most gorgeous light and instantly I recognized where I was, I knew who I was, I knew where I was."
In this heavenly encounter, Crystal communicated effortlessly with God, feeling His endless love for her. She described the experience of the Trinity as holding an egg with its three parts, a revelation that brought her peace and understanding. In God's presence, she felt freedom from the doubts and fears that had plagued her life, saying, "God let me see me through His eyes. And in that instant I knew that God had always loved me."
Choosing Life and Divine Purpose
Though Crystal initially hesitated to return to her earthly life, hearing her mother's voice calling her name compelled her to choose life once more. Upon her return, she was transformed. Her life took on a new purpose and perspective. "Everything about my life changed on that day," she shared. "I returned a completely different person in every conceivable way—mind, heart, and spirit."
Life Transformed Through Ministry
This transformation led Crystal to dedicate her life to God, choosing to minister to others and share her story of hope and divine love. She embraced her divine purpose, reaching out to the homeless and those in the adult entertainment industry, spreading the message of God's love. Her near-death experience opened doors for her to tell others about Jesus, and she promised to spend the rest of her life doing just that.
