Gage, Kaden, and Till Helms came into this world fighting. Born 12 weeks premature, weighing just two pounds each, the identical triplets spent their first weeks on ventilators. Their mother Charity knew from that moment her boys were here for a reason.
From Wrestling Mats to Social Media Ministry
Growing up near Lake Norman in North Carolina, the three brothers became accomplished wrestlers at North Lincoln High School—among the most decorated in the program's history. But it was a different kind of wrestling that would define their purpose.
"The Bible says that we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and darkness," Till explains. "So, this is a spiritual fight."
One Video Changed Everything
In 2023, the triplets convinced their mom to let them join Instagram. They posted a simple back-to-school encouragement video from their living room. By morning, it had gone viral with over 100,000 views.
One year later, their account—3n1 Trilogy—had grown to over 355,000 followers. They post daily upbeat devotions and prayers, speaking directly to a generation searching for hope.
Speaking to a Hopeless Generation
"A lot of people don't have hope, so we need to talk about hope," Till says. "A lot of people are doubting God, so we can really talk about doubt… everybody doubts at some point."
Their topics range from handling peer pressure to dating advice—real struggles their generation faces daily. And they tackle them all through the lens of faith.
Gage acknowledges social media's dark side: "It's pretty evil and a lot of wrong is on it and a lot of bad things. But we can use it for good."
The Message That Matters
"Jesus is the way, the truth and the life," Till says simply. "Me and my brothers here have just basically started a Christian platform and just spread the gospel at a young age and trying to encourage others to find Jesus."
What started as three premature babies fighting for life has become three young men fighting for souls—one TikTok at a time.
