A word is recorded
Anyone in your church can bring one, on their phone the moment it is spoken, by voice or by typing. It carries who spoke it, when, and the context it was given in. Audio gets an interactive transcript.

The people your leaders appointed say where they stand: they are hearing it too, they have a piece to add, they sense a caution, or it is encouraging for the moment. They mark the lines that ring true and set aside the ones that do not.

Leaders hold to the good
When the witnesses you set have weighed in, a promoter can hold it. Your leadership composes the Held Word, the church’s own wording built from what the body kept, and everyone is notified.
Words not discerned to be from God are set aside honestly, with a note back to the person who brought it.

A word comes to pass
Someone marks it fulfilled and writes the story of what God did. Over months the board does something a notebook never could. It shows your church the pattern of what has been said, and what has happened since.

“We were turned down twice. In August the council came back and offered us the old library on a peppercorn rent. Forty young people were in it by the end of the month.”

Weighers
Evaluate words against Scripture and the person of Jesus. Their notes stay inside the team.
Promoters
Hold a word once the witnesses agree, and compose the Held Word for the church.
Admins
Appoint the team, set how many witnesses a word needs, and manage the plan.
What Doxa will not do.
It does not certify a word or guarantee that it is accurate.
It does not grant anyone prophetic authority they did not already have.
It does not replace your leadership’s judgement. It records it.
It does not add to Scripture. Scripture is the plumb line, and the canon is closed.
A different path, and they hold the pen.
A word spoken over one person goes into that person’s own app, free, and stays off the church board unless they bring it there. They keep it, return to it, and mark it when it comes to pass.
They can also invite you in. You read the word, mark the lines that ring true, name what does not, and say where you land. Being invited needs no plan of your own, you see only what you were invited into, and the person who received the word keeps the decision.
