The Daily Lift: A Daily Walk Through the Whole Bible
One passage a day from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation, free every morning. See the Bible as one connected story and meet the God who speaks on every page.

Sixty-six books. Forty authors. Fifteen hundred years. Written by kings, shepherds, fishermen, and prophets across three continents, and yet it tells one unified story. The Bible has been translated into over 700 languages, with more than five billion copies in print. No other book in history has shaped more lives, toppled more empires, or outlasted more attempts to destroy it.
Starting tomorrow morning, we are going to walk through it. All of it.
What is The Daily Lift?
The Daily Lift arrives every morning, free. One passage, sometimes a verse or two, sometimes a chapter, whatever the passage asks for. We begin at Genesis 1:1 and finish at the last amen of Revelation 22. At one passage a day, the whole walk will take an expected three and a half years.
Each day we will look for what the whole of Scripture keeps showing us: a God who speaks so that He can be known, and people who learn to hear, record, remember, trust, and hold what He has said. And we will watch for Christ, because from the first light of creation to the city with no need of the sun, the story is about Him.
How does the Bible connect into one story?
Expect connections every day. The Bible is stitched together with them: promises planted in one book and kept in another, shadows in the old that find their substance in the new, patterns that surface again and again across centuries of writing. Some mornings the lift will be a single verse seen freshly. Some mornings it will be a thread you can suddenly follow across the whole canon. Every morning the aim is the same: to leave you standing in His doxa, His glory, before the day begins.
Every new day is collected on The Daily Lift series page, beginning with Genesis 1 tomorrow morning.
Where can I read The Daily Lift?
You can read The Daily Lift in two places. It publishes every day here on the Doxa blog, and it lands in the inbox of every free subscriber of The Doxa Way on Substack.
What is The Daily Deep Dive?
For those who want to go further, The Daily Deep Dive goes deeper on the same passage, every day. The Daily Lift shows you the glory of the connected story. The Daily Deep Dive opens the source beneath it: the Hebrew, the Greek, the history, the patterns all the way down. The Deep Dive is a premium series, published only on Substack for paid subscribers, at $7 a month or $70 a year. The archive will build, day by day, into a working commentary of the whole story.
Tomorrow: Genesis 1. In the beginning.
Walk with us.
